- Integrated employee master and labor reporting module to capture actual setup and run times reported against open production orders, providing the foundation for variance reporting
- Table based setup of required production reporting points, allowing for single or multi-level back flushing of component materials and/or labor
- Production order based scrap reporting against user-defined reason codes, taking into account incremental product cost and time phased material requirements
- Real-time visibility of production status and updates to production schedules based on shop floor transactions reported
- Integrated with the Frontier RF Reporting module to provide bar code support for shop floor transactions
